Albert Mak

Albert Mak currently serves as the Chief Agency Officer at Manulife Hong Kong and Macau, a position held since May 2019, where Albert has also held roles such as AVP, Head of Business Development & Agency Training, and AVP, Head of Bancassurance, Partnership Distribution. Prior to joining Manulife, Albert Mak worked at HSBC as the Commercial Bank Insurance Distribution Head from June 2018 to May 2019. His experience also includes a tenure at Standard Chartered Bank from January 2015 to June 2018, where Albert acted as Director & Division Head of Business Banking and contributed to product sales and performance management in the Bancassurance and Wealth Management sectors. Earlier in his career, Albert Mak held several positions at HSBC, including Branch Manager and Senior Premier RM, from 2003 to 2012. Albert Mak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from The University of British Columbia.
