Kuno Tucker

Kuno Tucker, MA, LLM, ICD, currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Manulife Wealth and holds the same position at Manulife Investment Management since August 2024. With a robust background in compliance, Kuno has also worked as Global Chief Compliance Officer at Coinsquare and Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer at ATB Financial. Kuno's extensive experience includes significant roles at IIROC, where Kuno was a member of the CCLS Executive Committee and Chair of the Ontario District Council. Additionally, Kuno has held leadership positions at Paradigm Capital, Virtu Financial, and TriAct Canada Marketplace LP, and served on the Board of OSCR. Kuno is an Adjunct Instructor at York University and has a Master of Laws in Investments and Securities from Osgoode Hall Law School, along with various other academic qualifications including a degree from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
