Claudiane Boulay

Claudiane Boulay currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of MarTech Strategy & Delivery for North America at Manulife, having joined the company in April 2025. Prior to this role, Claudiane was the Director and Canadian Marketing Practice Lead at EY from July 2023 to March 2025, overseeing the marketing team and managing the Adobe Alliance in Canada. Claudiane's experience also includes a significant tenure at Accenture Song, where roles ranged from Senior Manager to Consultant in Digital Marketing. Earlier career positions include digital marketing roles at the National Bank of Canada, as well as a web consultancy at Bleu Lavande. Claudiane holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Master of Science in E-Commerce from Université de Sherbrooke.
