Ivan Morales-Paredes

Ivan Morales-Paredes has extensive experience in the financial and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Plan Design Coordinator and previously as a Plan Design Analyst and Advisor at Manulife since March 2016, Ivan has developed expertise in plan design and management. Prior to this role, Ivan worked as an AppleCare Technical Support Advisor at Apple and held positions in customer service at the Canadian Bible Society. Earlier experience includes a culinary role at Il Panino Café Méditerranéo and a significant tenure at KPMG México, where Ivan progressed from Staff to Supervising Senior in Retirement Benefits and Pension Plans. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Science in Pension Plans from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and completed additional studies at Collège de Maisonneuve between 2016 and 2017.
