Penny Wilson

Penny Wilson is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President of Marketing & Growth at Manulife since July 2021. Previously held the position of Assistant Vice President in Individual Insurance Marketing at the same company and worked at Aviso Wealth as Product Marketing Director, Client Engagement, Digital Wealth, where responsibilities included overseeing integrated marketing programs focused on customer growth and retention. With a robust background in marketing and communications from Sun Life Financial, Penny developed go-to-market strategies and managed comprehensive marketing operations across various business units. Additional teaching experience was gained as part-time faculty at Conestoga College. Penny holds an MBA in Marketing and multiple communication-related degrees from the University of Southern Queensland and Wilfrid Laurier University.
