Rick Dizazzo

Rick Dizazzo serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Data Technology Officer at Manulife since 2022. Prior to this role, Rick held multiple senior positions at CIBC from 2012 to 2022, including Senior Vice President and CIO for Corporate Centre Technology, where responsibility encompassed mission-critical systems across various departments with a team of over 2,000. Rick's tenure at CIBC also included leadership roles in digital and contact center technology, managing substantial operating budgets and award-winning applications. Earlier experience includes significant technology leadership roles at BMO Financial Group and BMO Harris Bank, focusing on infrastructure, project management, and application portfolios. Rick holds an M.A.Sc in Engineering (Management Science) from the University of Waterloo and has completed several business leadership programs from prestigious institutions including York University and the University of Toronto.
