Robert Remba

Robert Remba, P.Eng., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in data governance, data quality, and digital transformation within the financial and aerospace industries. As the AVP and Global Head of Digitization and Automation at Manulife since May 2016, Robert has spearheaded initiatives to integrate automation and business intelligence solutions while fostering a data-driven culture across Global Wealth and Asset Management Operations. Prior roles included Director and Manager of Data Governance, where Robert developed impactful data quality programs that resulted in significant cost savings, and Chief of Maintenance Data Management at Bombardier Aerospace, effectively managing data solutions and contributing to aircraft reliability through advanced analytics. Robert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
