Roya Rezaie

Roya Rezaie is an accomplished technology strategist and operations leader with extensive experience in overseeing large teams and driving organizational change. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Strategy and Operations at Manulife since May 2021, Roya is responsible for managing operational processes for a global workforce of over 2000 and leading a team of 150 professionals. In addition to this role, Roya holds the position of AVP Technology Strategy and Planning at the Digital Research Alliance of Canada and chairs the Audit, Finance, Risk and Investment Committee. Previously, Roya served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Community Legal Clinic of York Region, advocating for community legal needs. With a robust background at Rogers Communications, Roya led a significant digital transformation and managed substantial financial investments. Roya's educational credentials include a CPA-CMA designation and a B.S. in Accounting from Allameh Tabataba'i University.
