Sarah Shepherd

Sarah Shepherd is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as AVP of HR Transformation & Employee Enablement at Manulife since December 2018. In this role, Sarah oversees global strategic projects to enhance HR strategy delivery and collaborates with HR and Communications teams to execute critical priorities. Prior to Manulife, Sarah held the position of Senior Manager at Accenture, where expertise in employee experience and organizational design was leveraged to lead strategic assessments and restructure organizations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Manager at BRI International Inc. and as a Senior Associate at Oliver Wyman Delta, focusing on CEO effectiveness and organizational transformation. Sarah holds an Hons. BA in History & Political Science from McMaster University.
