Sarika Tandon

Sarika Tandon, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Vendor Management at Manulife, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Sarika was with BMO Financial Group from January 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team in managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance assessments for an annual spend of $220M. Sarika's experience spans various roles in procurement and supply chain management, including positions at Ontario Telemedicine Network, Rutgers University, and several capacities at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
