Tariro Chikanya

Tariro Chikanya MSC Acc, BCom, CIMA is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as an Accounting Senior Specialist - Controls at Manulife since November 2022, Tariro ensures the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting processes while enhancing accounting functions. Previously, Tariro worked as a Customer Account Specialist - Auto Finance at TD, focusing on customer relationship management and risk mitigation. At ZINARA, Tariro held various roles including Financial Controller, Internal Auditor, and Senior Revenue Collector, providing leadership in financial management and overseeing tax collection efforts. Tariro commenced a career at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) as a Revenue Collector. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Great Zimbabwe University.
