Thierry Leroux-Demers

Thierry Leroux-Demers serves as Assistant Vice-President of Architecture Governance in Enterprise and Technology Services at Manulife since February 2015, overseeing the ETS Architecture Review Board and application portfolio management while acting as an architecture subject matter expert on AI technology governance and collaboration technologies. Previous roles at Manulife include Principal Enterprise Architect, responsible for global architecture improvements and multi-million-dollar IT transformation initiatives. Leroux-Demers also holds significant experience from positions at Standard Life Canada, Radialpoint, CGI, and other organizations, particularly in software development and project management. As a board member of Chez Doris, a charity supporting vulnerable women, Leroux-Demers utilizes expertise to enhance strategic discussions around technology. Educational credentials include an MBA from UQAM and a B. Eng. in Computer Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
