Tony Lee

Tony Lee, CPA, CA, TEP, LLM (Tax) currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Tax and Estate Planning at Manulife since July 2022. Previous experience includes positions such as Senior Manager of Wealth Management Taxation at Scotiabank and Tax Manager roles at Grant Thornton LLP and Cinnamon Jang Willoughby Chartered Accountants. Tony has a strong background in establishing client relationships, reviewing audit files, and mentoring junior staff, with expertise in financial statement preparation and compliance with reporting requirements. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University. Tony also contributed as a CASB Online Facilitator, providing feedback and support to accounting students.
