Hsien-Chung Tseng is a versatile professional who has held various key roles in reputable organizations such as Manus Bio, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, JOU & JOU Patent Offices, and the Environmental Protection Administration in Taiwan. With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Tseng has a strong academic background. At MIT, Tseng demonstrated expertise in butanol biosynthesis pathways, identifying novel pathways for higher alcohols synthesis, and developing tools for enzyme screening. Prior to this, Tseng worked as a Patent Engineer and contributed to environmental protection efforts during substitute military service in Taiwan.
