Jie Ai Lim

Jie Ai (Alyz) Lim has a wealth of work experience in the food technology and innovation space. Jie Ai (Alyz) began their career in 2015 as the R&D Head for Green Pea Cookie in Singapore. In 2016, they worked as an R&D Creative for Fuji Oil Asia. In 2017, they worked as a FoodTech Research & Marketing Analyst for The Kitchen - FoodTech Hub, and as a Business and FoodTech Analyst for Flying SpArk. Jie Ai (Alyz) then joined SEAMO Ventures in 2018 as a General Manager / Market Access Consultant and Project Manager. In the same year, they also joined NUS Enterprise (Office of Deputy President, Innovation & Enterprise) as a Programme Manager & Ecosystem Developer. In this role, they were instrumental to the establishment of NUS AgriTech Centre and managed a portfolio of 28 deep tech startups. Jie Ai (Alyz) also co-organized over 35 impact innovation events and was an early mover in the alternative protein space. In 2019, they co-founded NUS FoodTech Challenge. Most recently, they joined Manus Bio in 2021 as a Regional Project Manager (APAC) | Sales | Product Manager.

Jie Ai (Alyz) Lim has an extensive education history. Jie Ai (Alyz) obtained a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. (Honours, Distinction)) in Food Science and Technology from the Department of Chemistry at NUS. Jie Ai (Alyz) also participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program in Israel, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Jie Ai (Alyz) went on to attend the Collerer School of Management at Tel Aviv University, where they also studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Lastly, they attended Hanyang University, where they studied Method Acting, C Programming, and Korean Fan Dance. In addition to their formal education, Jie Ai (Alyz) Lim has obtained several certifications, including Project Execution: Running the Project from Google in 2023, Project Planning: Putting it All Together from Google in 2022, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project from Google in 2022, Foundations of Project Management from Google in 2022, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner from WILD Success in 2021, and Design Thinking for Building Innovation from the National University of Singapore in 2020.
