Mike Koch

Mike Koch's work experience includes roles at Manus Bio, Ingevity, Eli Lilly, and Monsanto. Mike currently serves as a Team Leader in Process Control Engineering at Manus Bio. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Control Engineer at Ingevity, where they provided technical leadership and project management in the development and support of process controls. Mike also evaluated and integrated manufacturing processes and operating systems. Before joining Ingevity, Mike worked as an Engineer-Process Automation at Eli Lilly and as a Senior Upstream Purification Unit Specialist at Monsanto. In both roles, they demonstrated expertise in mechanical, electrical, and I/E troubleshooting and maintained a high level of safety awareness.

Mike Koch attended Affton Highschool from 1988 to 1992, where they completed their College Prep degree and was a member of the National Honor Society. Following high school, they enrolled at Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1992 to 1997. During their time there, Mike pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences and Mechanical Engineering.
