Luana Maia has been working in the technology industry since 2014. Luana began as an Apprentice at Brose Group and then moved to Manusis 4.0 in 2015, where they held various roles including Systems Analyst, Junior Programmer, Junior Support Analyst, and IT Intern. In 2021, they became a Team Leader | Full Stack Developer at Manusis 4.0 and a Full-Stack Developer RubyOnRails at Solvis.

Luana Maia completed their Bachelor degree in Information Systems from Faculdades da Indústria FIEP between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Técnico em mecânica industrial from Senai between 2011 and 2013, specializing in Technology in Industrial Mechanics.
