Andrei Piliugin has extensive work experience in the customer support and technical support fields. Andrei began their career at Bank Petrocommerce as a Plastic Card Department Specialist, where they handled client data and performed data entry work. Andrei then moved on to VTB24, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist and later as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. At VTB, Andrei provided technical support and assistance to clients. Andrei later joined VTB as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they continued their technical support work. Most recently, Andrei worked at Manychat, first as a Customer Support Agent and then as a Customer Support Operations Manager. In this role, they managed a diverse distributed team and handled customer queries, updated knowledge base articles, and coordinated the support team's tasks and goals.
Andrei Piliugin obtained their Engineer's degree in Automated Systems of Data Processing and Control from Kaliningrad Technical University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2005, they attended MOU SOSH №41 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold a Cambridge English Level 3 Certificate in ESOL International (Advanced), which they obtained from Cambridge Assessment English in January 2019.
