Caroline Solis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Caroline began their career as a Product Analyst at Liberty Mutual Group in 2011, where they built and maintained pricing models and conducted ad-hoc analyses. Caroline then worked as a Creative Strategist at Cricket Moon Media from 2012 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Caroline held multiple roles at MakerBotยฎ, including Director of Marketing Strategy, Strategy Manager, and Corporate Development Program Manager. In these positions, they launched regional offices, developed go-to-market plans, and established strategic partnerships.

Caroline joined The Atlantic in 2017 as a Senior Producer, managing integrated marketing campaigns and producing content for various brands. Caroline also worked at Flocabulary during this time, building the product marketing function from scratch and leading branding initiatives.

In 2020, Caroline became the VP of Marketing at 360Learning, where they scaled the product marketing function and led a team of talented product marketers. 360Learning is a collaborative learning platform that enables companies to upskill from within.

Caroline has a strong background in marketing and product strategy, with experience in edtech, SaaS, and the finance industry. Caroline has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building successful teams.

Caroline Solis pursued their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2011 at Xavier University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Xavier University, they studied Economics and participated in the Philosophy, Politics, and the Public Honors Program. In 2010, they furthered their education by attending the National Outdoor Leadership School for a brief period, focusing on Wilderness Leadership and Risk Management. Additionally, Caroline Solis has obtained two certifications: the Qualtrics Research Core Certification from Qualtrics in June 2019, and the Pragmatic Marketing Certification - Level 1 (Foundations) from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in October 2018.
