Tatevik Vardazaryan

Tatevik Vardazaryan has a diverse background in human resources and talent management. Tatevik is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Manychat since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Trainer of Enneagram at Alvarium, where they taught and applied the Enneagram model to various fields such as business management, psychotherapy, coaching, sales, and cinematography. Tatevik also served as a Visiting HR Planning and Recruitment Lecturer at Armenian State University of Economics starting from September 2020. Moreover, Tatevik has experience in senior recruitment and university partnership roles, both as a Senior Recruitment and University Partnership Specialist at Ucom from November 2017 to October 2020, and previously as Recruitment and University Partnership Specialist. Tatevik has also held the position of HR Assistant at Career Center from August 2013 to July 2014. Additionally, Tatevik served as the Vice President of Talent Management at AIESEC from November 2011 to July 2013.

Tatevik Vardazaryan obtained a Master's degree in Development and Governance from the University of Duisburg-Essen, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Yerevan State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tatevik Vardazaryan has also obtained certifications in coaching and enneagram mastery from ICTA, with the titles of "ICTA Certified Transformational Coach" and "Enneagram Master ICTA" respectively. Tatevik obtained the certification for becoming an ICTA Certified Transformational Coach in March 2023, and the Enneagram Master ICTA certification in June 2020.
