Yvette Hollingsworth Clark

Yvette Hollingsworth Clark serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Diligent.

Yvette is an expert in corporate governance, risk management, compliance and regulatory agency relationship management. She brings an unparalleled level of experience and insight from having served in leadership roles across the financial services industry.

Yvette launched her career with the Federal Reserve System followed by corporate leadership roles with Citigroup, Barclays and most recently Wells Fargo, as executive vice president and regulatory innovation officer as well as chief compliance officer.

Hallmarks of Yvette’s success are driving innovation and managing the complexities of highly regulated organizations. She has guided financial institutions with operational turnaround, enterprise framework restructuring and digital transformation helping them navigate risk and adapt to ever-evolving regulatory environments.

Yvette shares her acumen with other boards, including Air Lease Corporation, Golden Gate University and the International Women’s Forum Northern California. She serves on the Advisory Council for Alliance for Innovative Regulation and is also a member of The Executive Leadership Council and The Links, Incorporated.

Yvette holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Syracuse University.
