Saad El Harim

Saad El Harim has held various positions in their professional career. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Business Analyst and Financial Analyst at Grand Port Maritime de Marseille. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Risk Analyst at CIH BANK. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Senior Consultant and Project Manager - Senior Consultant at Al Maali Consulting Group. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Senior Business Financial Analyst at LifeWorks. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Product, Operations Manager and Operations at Manzil. In 2021, they became an Assessor and subject-matter expert at the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program (SKGEP).

Saad El Harim obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management (Banking and Finance) from KEDGE Business School in 2008-2009. Saad then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Financial Engineering from KEDGE Business School in 2009-2011. In 2014-2015, Saad El Harim obtained a Master's Degree in Islamic finance - Banking and Takaful from Mohammed V University in Rabat. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Certified Shari'ah Advisor and Auditor (CSAA) from the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) in 2021, Mortgage Brokers, Bankers And Agents from Mortgage Professionals Canada in 2021, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt - IASSC Certified Yellow Belt™ from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in 2018.
