Rett Putnam

Rett Putnam is currently employed at Gabb Wireless as a Technical Shift Lead and Subject Matter Expert since September 2021, where responsibilities include analyzing and coaching the productivity of 25 employees and supervising live support for over 80 employees to ensure adherence to company standards. Prior to this role, Rett was a Customer Service Representative at Gabb Wireless, diagnosing complex customer issues and training new employees. Rett also works as a Statistician for BYU Broadcasting, analyzing performance indicators and trends in live football games, and has experience as a Consulting Analyst at Cougar Consulting Group. Rett began professional career as a Pharmacy Clerk at St. Antony's Pharmacy and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Brigham Young University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
