Carole Rave

Carole Rave has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carole started their career as an Account Executive at TMP Worldwide in 1995. From 1996 to 2005, they worked at Student Loan Funding, initially as a Customer Service Representative and eventually became a Lead Specialist, playing a significant role in transitioning the department into a productive loan origination center with a focus on personalized customer care. Carole then worked at Student Lending Works from 2005 to 2010, where they supervised the daily operation of the Customer Service Department and developed and implemented operating procedures, incentive programs, and sales policies.

In 2011, Carole joined Aveda Fredric's Institute as part of the Student Services team, where they remained until 2014. Then, they joined Jenzabar as a Technical Support Analyst, providing technical support for the organization until 2018. Currently, Carole works as an Account Manager at Map Your Show, where they started in November 2018.

Carole Rave obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts / Communications from Mount St. Joseph University between the years 1989 and 1993.
