Liliana Tanzini

Liliana Tanzini serves as the HR Manager at MAPAL Dr. Kress KG since March 2018, overseeing the comprehensive management of 100 employees, from selection to hiring, and directly reporting to the company Director. Prior to this role, Liliana worked at Cavotec from February 2007 to December 2017 as an HR Specialist & Pay, where responsibilities included independently managing candidate recruitment processes, CV screening, performance evaluations, and coordinating with temporary staffing agencies. Educationally, Liliana is currently pursuing studies in payroll and contributions at Zucchetti infinity and has completed a degree as a commercial technician at ITC Cologno Monzese, alongside a course in human resources.
