Rachel Bowers

Rachel Bowers is currently working as a Regional Planning Data Analyst (Climate Specialist) at Metropolitan Area Planning Council. Prior to this, Rachel has held positions such as Planner at Sasaki, GIS Analyst/Graduate Intern at City of Newark, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Tufts Department of Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning. With a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, Rachel has a strong background in environmental science and has worked on various projects related to community planning, environmental education, and strategic program development.
