Richard Spalding

Richard Spalding is a seasoned professional in the civil infrastructure sector, currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Mapei Australia since October 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of National Business Manager at Master Builders Solutions + Bluey Technologies ANZ from August 2020 to September 2022, specializing in construction products for major civil engineering projects. With extensive experience as an Operations Manager at Duratec Australia from 2014 to 2020 and at Savcor from 1994 to 2014, Richard has developed a strong foundation in operational leadership.
