Francisco Sanchez Ruiz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading teams and driving business performance across various sectors in the Caribbean and Latin America. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Mapei since July 2017, Francisco has successfully transformed a financially underperforming operation into a top performer, while managing manufacturing facilities and commercial teams across multiple countries. Prior experience includes leadership roles at PPG Industries, where as Director of Architectural Coatings, Francisco executed a successful turnaround strategy, and at CEMEX, where impactful sales management efforts led to significant revenue increases.
