Dena Briggs (Olejniczak)

Dena Briggs (Olejniczak) currently serves as a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at MAPFRE Insurance Company Inc. since December 2017, supporting various teams including Insurance Operations, IT, Digital, and Verti. Dena has also contributed to the Women's Leadership Network at MAPFRE, which focuses on empowering women leaders and promoting career growth through mentorship and networking. Additionally, Dena has a long-standing career with the US Army as a Human Resources/Drill Instructor Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge of Battle Hand Off Soldiers. Prior experience includes roles as a Property Adjuster and in Special Investigations at MAPFRE from 2007 to 2014. Dena holds an MBA in Project Management from Post University and a BBA in Business Management and Human Resources from Worcester State University.
