Thijs Hartveld is the Head of Implementations & Support at Mapiq, where responsibilities include managing the Implementations and Support team to ensure an effortless customer experience. Thijs previously served as the Head Of Technical Support and was the first employee of Mapiq's support desk, where the entire Technical Support department was established. Prior experience includes roles as a Service & Support Engineer and Service Team Planner at Motek, focusing on technical support for rehabilitation products, and various positions in technical support and service at organizations such as OGD ict-diensten and Sandd. Thijs holds a Master of Science in Human Movement Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Engineering in Movement Technology from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
