Dario Agudo is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in customer service. Currently serving as Captain at Maple & Ash since August 2015, Dario has developed strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of fine dining. Prior to this role, Dario worked as waitstaff at Restaurant Daniel from December 2009 to May 2014 and gained valuable experience as a server at Tru restaurant from November 1999 to October 2009. This diverse background has equipped Dario with a comprehensive skill set in restaurant operations and guest relations.
