Noah Pardo

Noah Pardo is an experienced Nurse Manager with a strong background in neonatal care, currently serving at Maple Grove Hospital since October 2017. With a decade of previous experience as a staff Registered Nurse in a Level III NICU, Noah is passionate about improving care for infants and dedicated to fostering team growth through innovative learning opportunities in a dynamic healthcare environment. Prior to Maple Grove Hospital, Noah held various positions at Hennepin Healthcare, including Nurse Manager for NICU, Pediatrics, PICU, and Continuing Care Nursery, as well as roles as a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit. Noah holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Metro State University.
