Angie is currently working as the General Manager - Director of Nursing at Nexus Hospitals since May 2021, where they oversee the day-to-day operations of two hospitals. Prior to this, they served as the Clinical Business Manager (Director of Nursing DON) at Oxford Day Surgery from 2015 to 2021, where they were responsible for patient care and support, staff management, infection control, and compliance with healthcare standards. Angie also worked as a Nurse Educator at Oxford Day Surgery from 2015 to 2018, where they implemented and evaluated clinical education programs and contributed to the professional development of staff.

Before their tenure at Oxford Day Surgery, Angie worked as a Health & Social Care Lecturer at Tamworth & Lichfield College Campus from 2011 to 2013.
