Erin Garney

Erin Garney has extensive experience in human resources. Erin is currently the Global Head of Human Resources at Maple Health Group, LLC, a position they assumed in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant at CREO, Inc., starting in October 2022. From September 2021 to October 2022, they held the role of Vice President Human Resources, North America at Premier Research, where they led a team of HR Business Partners and played a vital role in integrating multiple acquisitions. Before joining Premier Research, Erin served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Health Decisions, Inc. from January 2016 to September 2021, where they built and led a successful HR and Learning team. Erin also has experience working as a Human Resources Consultant at a consulting firm and as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Redwoods Group, where they provided strategic direction and HR expertise. Erin's career in human resources began at JAGGAER, where they served as the Director of Human Resources, supporting the company through an IPO. Erin started their HR journey as a Senior HR Generalist at Strategic Resource Solutions.
