Bret Heuberger has worked in the logistics and supply chain industry since 2008. In 2008, they were a Sales and Operations Intern at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. where they answered calls from customers and drivers, communicated pickup and delivery appointments, and dispatched drivers. In 2009, they were a Logistics Coordinator at Jacobson Companies where they implemented logistics processes for manufacturing plants and managed inbound and outbound orders. From 2011 to 2014, they were employed at AIT Worldwide Logistics as a Transborder Supervisor, Transborder/Air Export Agent, and Customer Service Representative. In their roles, they provided customer service, managed nightly consolidation programs, managed LTL, FTL, and air freight shipments, setup customs clearances, and performed profit analysis. Since 2014, they have been employed at Medline Industries, Inc. as a Supply Network Planner, Supply Chain Coordinator, and Inbound Coordinator. In these roles, they generated and analyzed inventory days of supply reports, collaborated and led weekly meetings, identified and resolved system component setup errors, analyzed inventory quantities, managed the outbound customer order management process, and forecasted inbound container volume. Currently, they are a Senior Logistics Manager and Transportation and Logistics Manager at Maple Hill.

Bret Heuberger obtained an Associate in Arts in Business from North Iowa Area Community College between 2004 and 2006. Bret then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University between 2006 and 2008. In 2013, they obtained a certification in the International Air Transport Association (IATA) ICAO Dangerous Goods Regulations. In 2018, they obtained a CPIM certification from APICS.
