James T. Hau

James T. Hau has a long and varied career in finance and accounting, beginning in 1990 with Unilever - North America Ice Cream as a Controller and Financial Solutions Design. James T. then progressed to Finance Director, North American Foods, where they led financial planning and consolidated reporting for Unilever's North American Foods businesses. In 1996, they became Finance Director of Van Den Bergh Foods and then Finance Manager in 1992. From 2005 to 2017, they were Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Finance and Vice President/Controller at WhiteWave Foods. In 2020, they were Interim Chief Financial Officer at Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS) and is currently President and Chief Financial Officer at Maple Hill Creamery. Throughout their career, Hau has provided strategic, financial, and operational leadership in the areas of capital financing, M&A, acquisition integration, research and development, reporting, and other areas supporting global operations.

James T. Hau earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with concentrations in Finance, International Business, and Accounting. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Marquette University, with specializations in Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Psychology.
