Curtis Frank was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer at Maple Leaf Foods. In this role, Mr. Frank has primary responsibility for leading Maple Leaf Foods’ commercial activities in prepared meats, as well as the company’s fresh pork, poultry and alternative protein businesses. He is actively engaged in the day-to day operational performance of the business working closely with the President and Chief Executive Officer to execute Maple Leaf Foods’ strategies and to advance the companies bold aspiration to become the most sustainable protein company on earth.

Previously, Mr. Frank held the position of Senior Vice President, Retail Sales at Maple Leaf Foods. In this capacity, Mr. Frank was responsible for leading the execution of the company’s retail fresh and prepared meats growth strategy throughout the Canadian and United States markets.

Mr. Frank has more than 18 years of experience with Maple Leaf Foods reflecting his commitment and passion for the Maple Leaf Foods organization and its people. He is a results-oriented executive with progressive experiences managing large and complex businesses. He brings extensive knowledge of Maple Leaf Foods, the marketplace and managing large and complex businesses to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Frank serves as a director on the Maple Leaf Centre for Action on Food Security board and is a member of Maple Leaf’s Diversity and Inclusion council.

Mr. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Regina.
