Elizabeth MacKay

Elizabeth (Zee) MacKay is an experienced sales and marketing executive with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Sales Director at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. since March 2017, Elizabeth has held various marketing roles within the company, including Marketing Director for both Sustainable Prepared Meats and Greenfield Natural Meat Company, as well as Marketing Manager for Bacon. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Aimia Inc. as Global Brand, Content & Knowledge Manager, focusing on brand awareness and multi-market research. Elizabeth's previous experience also includes positions at PepsiCo as Associate Marketing Manager for Tropicana and emerging brands, and a leadership track rotation at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. and GE Capital. Elizabeth holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, complemented by international exchange studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
