Gail Young

Gail Young has over three decades of experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Maple Leaf Foods since January 2000. Prior to this role, Gail was with Campbell Soup Canada from March 1987 to December 1999, where progressive quality assurance positions were held, culminating in the role of Purchasing Manager for Suppliers & Co-packers from August 1996 to December 1999. This extensive background reflects a strong commitment to food safety standards and quality management in the food industry.
