Joe McMahan

Joe McMahan is an experienced professional in sustainability and shared value leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Sustainability and Shared Value at Maple Leaf Foods Inc since April 2023. Previously, Joe held multiple leadership roles at the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, including Senior Vice President of Sustainability Initiatives, where responsibilities involved overseeing various sustainability programs and partnerships. Joe's background also includes program management at The Coca-Cola Company, focusing on sustainable agriculture, and consulting with TechnoServe on agribusiness initiatives in East Africa. Joe's career began at ADTRAN, where product management and cross-functional corporate training were critical components. Joe holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University.
