Joseph L. Villanoy

Joseph L. Villanoy has over two decades of experience in the food production and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Leader at Maple Leaf Foods Inc since May 2007, Joseph has held multiple roles including Sanitation Manager and General Production Supervisor. Prior to this, Joseph worked at Del Monte Philippines, Inc. from May 2000 to April 2007, where responsibilities included Production Manager and Group Production Supervisor. Earlier in his career, Joseph was associated with Lear Corporation from June 1991 to December 1995, contributing as an Associate Design Engineer and VE/VA Engineer, and also serving as a Manufacturing Trainer/Supervisor.
