Kshitija Pawar

Kshitija Pawar is an accomplished food safety and quality assurance professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as FSQA Team Leader at Maple Leaf Foods Inc since March 2023, Kshitija previously held positions including Food Safety & Quality Manager at Sierra Supply Chain Services, and Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Supervisor at Cargill, where responsibilities involved maintaining product quality and safety using SAP systems. Kshitija contributed to the development and implementation of HACCP plans at Canopy Growth Corporation and held roles at Nature's Touch Frozen Foods and McGill University, showcasing a strong foundation in microbiology and food science education with two master's degrees. As an Assistant Professor, Kshitija demonstrated teaching expertise in microbiology, enhancing the learning experience for graduate students.
