Richard Rozario

Principal at Maple Leaf International School

Mr. Richard Rozario brings to Maple Leaf International School over 40 years of experience in education. After 19 years in the classroom, he served as an administrator in Ontario and Alberta for more than 20 years, leading schools as small as 70, and as large as 2100 students. He has also held a central office position and taught the Ontario Principal’s Qualification Program.

Mr. Rozario holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master of Science in Teaching degree from the University of Toronto, Canada. He is certified to teach in Ontario and Alberta, and holds Principal and Supervisory Officer Qualifications for Ontario.

Richard is the father of seven children and grandfather of four. He is a passionate educator who thrives on making connections with students, staff and parents. He is committed to leading schools that have a healthy blend of strong academic and extra-curricular programs.
