Ronalea Alleman

Ronalea Alleman, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as a Hiring Specialist at Maple Star Colorado since November 2016, Ronalea oversees recruitment efforts and collaborates with Maple Star Directors while liaising with Clarvida's corporate recruiting department. Additionally, Ronalea works as a SAFE Home Study Consultant, completing evaluations for foster families in the Denver Metro Area. As a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Arapahoe Community College since December 2019, Ronalea supports various HR activities, including recruitment and auditing. Previously, Ronalea held HR leadership roles at Comcast Cable, Gates Corporation, and PepsiCo - Frito Lay, providing strategic HR support across multiple divisions and managing substantial employee populations. Ronalea holds an MBA in Human Resources from Kennesaw State University and a BA in General Studies from Central College.
