Jimmy J. Rodriguez is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management. Currently serving as the Community Leader for the Nashville Area Support at Maple Street Biscuit Company since August 2022, Jimmy previously held general management positions at Xperience Restaurant Group, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Grill Concepts, Inc., and El Torito Grill. Additionally, Jimmy served as Assistant General Manager at Lawry's Restaurants Inc. and as Training General Manager at Veggie Grill, Inc. Jimmy is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Bellevue University, with studies focused on Business Administration, Management, and Operations, building on prior education at Los Angeles Mission College.
