Ben Goodsir

Ben Goodsir has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Ben is currently the Head of Commercial for Mapletree in the United States, where they are responsible for investments, business development, and portfolio management. Prior to this, Ben worked at Paramount Group, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management, where they created an asset management platform for a 14-million-square-foot portfolio. Ben also managed two mezzanine debt funds totaling $1.1 billion. Before that, Ben served as the Senior Director and Head of Portfolio Management at Allianz Real Estate of America, overseeing a $13 billion real estate investment portfolio. At GE Capital Real Estate, where they were a Director, Ben was responsible for asset management, specifically focusing on a 4.2-million-square-foot office portfolio in Chicago valued at $1 billion. Overall, Ben has a strong background in asset management, portfolio management, and business development within the real estate industry.

Ben Goodsir has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Land Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. Ben also holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed from 1998 to 1999.
