Jan Germs

Jan Germs is an experienced ESG Manager currently working at Mapletree since November 2022, focusing on sustainability initiatives in Europe. Prior to this role, Jan held several positions at EY from September 2016 to November 2022, including Manager within the Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCASS), where Jan enhanced company sustainability reporting standards. Jan's career began at KPMG Nederland, progressing from Trainee to Senior, where Jan identified performance improvement opportunities and managed audit engagements. Jan's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) assurance and various degrees in Accountancy from the University of Groningen and Hanze.
