Mateusz Bonda

Mateusz Bonda is an experienced asset management professional with a strong background in financial analysis and real estate management. Currently serving as Associate Asset Manager at Mapletree since March 2020, Mateusz manages a portfolio exceeding 190,000 sqm, enhances tenant retention through optimized leasing strategies, and conducts comprehensive financial analyses to inform acquisition and disposal decisions. Prior roles include Senior Analyst at Mapletree and Business Controller at Atrium European Real Estate, alongside key financial positions at Sierra Balmain and Hines. Mateusz holds a postgraduate degree in Valuation in Real Estate from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting and an Engineer's degree in Financial Mathematics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
