Tom Rix

Tom Rix is currently the Chief Operating Officer at both Student Castle and Capitol Students, roles they began in 2024. Previously, Tom served as Chief Operating Officer for PBSA at Mapletree and held key positions at various organizations including Greystar Europe Holdings Ltd. and Hines, where they directed operations for the 'Aparto' student accommodation brand. Tom has an extensive background in student housing, having managed operations at The Student Housing Company and iQ Student Accommodation. They earned a BA (Hons) in History from the University of the West of England and furthered their education with a FETAC Level 7 in Professional Development from the University of Ulster Business School.
