Maryellen Greenfield

Maryellen Greenfield is an experienced professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as an Independent Consultant in Senior Living since February 2017. As the Corporate Director of Culinary Services at Maplewood Senior Living since September 2018, Maryellen oversees culinary operations. Previously, Maryellen held the position of Director of Business Development at Five Star Quality Care from October 2002 to December 2016, directing a sales team of 11 Regional Sales Directors and managing the food and dining department along with customer service. Additionally, Maryellen was the Vice President of Food and Dining and Director of Operations at Carematrix from September 1995 to September 2002, reporting directly to the President.
